- Everose contains evening primrose oil, which contains known concentrations of one of the most important fatty acids known as gamma linolenic acid (GLA).
Instructions for use:
- Adults take 1-2 capsules three times daily with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional
- It may be unsafe to take Everose during pregnancy because it may increase the chance of complications. Do not use Everose if you are pregnant. It may be safe to take evening primrose oil while breastfeeding, but it is best to check this with your doctor first.
